The unidentified victim was trapped and died inside the home on Hill Road in Chestnuthill Township, Pennsylvania State Police said.
Multiple area fire departments were called to the scene along with the county coroner.
The cause remains under investigation by the Troop N Fern Ridge Criminal Investigation Unit along with the Troop N Fire Marshal.
